We don’t yet have the capability to answer live calls remotely. However, when you leave a message, please speak clearly and include your full name, your College ID or StarID, a phone number where you can be reached, and a brief description of your question. One of our staff will respond to your message.
Appointments will be made individually during the return calls and emails. Staff may use Zoom, and Skype for individual virtual appointments.
Our office is committed to maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and privacy of student records; to ensuring compliance with Minneapolis College and Minnesota State Colleges and University System policies and higher education regulations, and to facilitating administrative processes for students, faculty, and staff.
