We don’t yet have the capability to answer live calls remotely. However, when you leave a message, please speak clearly and include your full name, your College ID or StarID, a phone number where you can be reached, and a brief description of your question. One of our staff will respond to your message.
Appointments will be made individually during the return calls and emails. Staff may use Zoom, and Skype for individual virtual appointments.

The center is currently closed to the public and non-Student Services staff from now through March 27th, opening on March 30 in T.2100.
The affected departments are Financial Aid, Bills and Payments, Student Services plus Records & Registration. During this time, limited services will be available. Students and staff can submit inquiries to Ask Us or check-in at the Information desk in front of T.2200.
Hours of Operation
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Fridays: 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
