Replace a Lost Award

If you have lost, damaged, or never received a display award you earned from Minneapolis College, you can request a replacement. There is currently no fee for this service.

You can expect to receive your replacement award 6-8 weeks after you make a request. Award covers are available for purchase from the Minneapolis College Store. In addition to your printed award, you will also be emailed a certified, secure PDF version of your award that can be downloaded or shared.

Only the name (or preferred name) currently on your record will be used on the replacement award.

If you have an active hold on your account for a balance owed to the college, Minneapolis College will not send your award until the hold is resolved. Log into eServices to update your mailing address or to see if there are holds on your account.

Consider an Official Transcript

Your official transcript often is used to verify the credentials you have earned, so an official transcript may also meet your needs and can be provided more quickly than a replacement award.

Nursing Assistant/Trained Medical Assistant

Minneapolis College does not provide display awards for Nursing Assistant or Trained Medication Assistant.

If you completed NAHA 1819 after 2003, your transcript will note that you earned a Nursing Assistant Certificate. If you are being asked to verify that you completed a Nursing Assistant course, you will need to order an official transcript. To check if you are on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry, contact the Minnesota Department of Health.

If you are being asked to verify that you completed the Trained Medication Assistant course, you will need to order an official transcript.
