Whether you are an individual learner, an employer seeking customized skill development for your team, or a community organization whose mission includes employee training, we offer a diverse range of classes at our convenient downtown Minneapolis location.

Individual Learning
Whether your interest is to enhance your skills with CEUs, pursue a career change, or explore your creativity and the world around you, you’ll find learning opportunities abound to help meet your individualized goals through Minneapolis College’s Continuing Education.

This Fall, explore one of our new classes, from Technical and Business Writing to Basic Home Repair, or take a language class, now offered at 4 convenient metro locations –

  • Minnetonka
  • St. Louis Park
  • St. Paul
  • Downtown Minneapolis campus.

We offer day, evening and weekend courses, along with a variety of short-term Certificate Programs, as well as Certifications and Test Preparations, such as our new Aromatherapy Certification Program, approved by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy. Many of these programs are WIOA-certified. Ask your local Workforce Center about funding!

Workforce Development
Minneapolis College’s Workforce Development can provide affordable training solutions to meet the specific needs of your organization. Online, on-site, on-campus or hybrid training options are available. Whether your employees need a refresher on a certain skill set or whether you need training on a new process, we can work with you to deliver a tailor-made solution.

Our knowledgeable instructors with years of industry experience can train jobseekers for a new career or sharpen the skills of existing employees.
