Fitness Challenge

Be a part of the Minneapolis College Fitness Challenge. The Spring 2023 Fitness Challenge will kick off in March. Participants track activity individually, so you can easily participate by working out on campus or tracking your activities at home!

You can also post workouts and receive points virtually by joining our Fitness Challenge Teams page here

The Fall 2022 Fitness Challenge top finishers earned gift cards and Minneapolis College swag. Student and staff participants combined for more than 500,000 steps over three weeks!
