Project Management

Employers are increasingly looking for team members with project management skills. Why? Because organizations large and small are using project management (PM) methodology and tools to ensure results. Project-based work is ubiquitous across industries, from engineering and construction to advertising and software development, so professionals of all types can benefit from learning project management techniques. Whether you’re building a house or developing a merchandising plan, project management practices can help you establish a vision, collaborate effectively, manage resources, and ensure your project solutions will meet business goals.

Our Project Management series is designed to provide an understanding of fundamental PM concepts, introduce a variety of tools for successful project implementation, and teach reliable problem-solving techniques. Whether you’re a project manager or team member, you’ll acquire valuable skills to carry your next project through the full life-cycle: planning, executing, and closing.

Project Management Certificate

To earn the certificate, complete the following courses:

  • Project Management Fundamentals
