Our choices are to wander through life unaware that we are off course or we can recognize when we are off course. This presentation will focus on recognizing when you are off course at college, in a relationship, in your job or somewhere else in your life.
Maximizing Success: Developing Effective Stress Management Skills

Changes and challenges are inevitable in our lives; thus, so is the potential for stress. We will discuss common sources of stress for students (deadline, relationship, demanding college curriculum, adjusting to a new environment). We will identify stress indicators, learn to make some behavioral changes, and end the session with a relaxation exercise.
