"Twilight: Los Angeles 1992" Play at MCTC Begins March 28

It's been more than 25 years since this play was first produced.

Unfortunately, it's as timely now as it was then.

Set during the Los Angeles riots of 1992, characters include LAPD Chief Daryl Gates, congresswoman Maxine Waters, a Rodney King trial juror, truck driver Reginald Denny, singer Jessye Norman and actor Charlton Heston.

March 28 - 30, Wednesday - Friday, 7:00 p.m.

March 31, Saturday, 1:00 p.m.

Free Admission: Audience members are being asked to bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the MCTC Resource Center Food Pantry.

Whitney Theater Location at MCTC

The Whitney Fine Arts Theater is located on the corner of Willow Street and Yale Place across from Loring Park on the edge of downtown Minneapolis. Convenient cash/credit card parking is located across Hennepin Avenue in MCTC's 1400-spot parking ramp linked with a skyway across Hennepin.

Plus, limited street parking is free in the area after 6 p.m. and all day on Saturdays.
