We gather to turn the above saying into “I have time for what’s important.”

10 Steps to Emotional Health

Emotional health refers to the presence of positive characteristics we develop to get us through the difficult and stressful times in our lives. The workshop will discuss 10 easy steps that can be taken to improve our emotional health.
