HSUB services include:
- Academic, vocational, and career counseling
- Access to computer-based career and post secondary educational information
- A six-week summer program held on a college campus
- Tutoring assistance to parents in matters affecting the students educational progress
- Field trips, cultural and recreational activities
- Weekly stipend (money), based on students school and academic performance
- Financial aid information and assistance
- Support in selecting and being admitted to a post secondary institution
