Eight party conference instructions
User wishing to establish the conference (Conference Leader)

at ext. 6600.
Conference leader needs to notify each member of the conference
call to dial Ext. 6001, or if calling off campus, they must dial
612-659-6001.
Conference connection is established automatically when the member
dials into the conference bridge. It is recommended that the Conference Leader dial into the conference bridge prior to other callers in order to "establish" the connection. (This is NOT required, but recommended so that when outside callers dial into the conference bridge, they know when they are connected.)
Once all parties are on the conference call, conference leader
must dial "0" to set privacy. This will deny further
access to the conference. THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE FIRST PERSON
DIALED INTO THE BRIDGE.
If additional parties are needed, dial "0" and this
will allow additional parties to be added. Dialing "0"
again will set privacy.
To end the conference call dial "#" and this will disconnect
all parties.
