Locating Reviews of Currently Released Films

To locate reviews of more current films try a KEYWORD SEARCH under the name of the specific film in the WebPals General Magazine Index or in InfoTrac Expanded Academic ASAP and General Reference Ctr (Magazine Index):

  Index to publications of the radical left and left of center. Check appropriate issues of this index under "Film Reviews."

  Critical discussions of over 1,200 films. International in scope.

• Film Review Index. Volume 1: 1882-1949. Phoenix, AZ: Oryx Press, 1986-
  Reviews of selected films appearing in magazines and journals. This is an excellent index that provides access to both scholarly evaluations and reviews of non-current/classic films. The material that is indexed in this volume is otherwise difficult to locate.
