| Responsibilities: | To assist students, staff, administrators and the public in person and on the telephone with general college policies and procedures which affect students; assist students with online registration functions for add/drop/withdraw as needed; to assist students through the pre-requisite screening process and to perform special population registrations/add/drop/withdrawals/late add/ credit by exam; to process transcripts, enrollment verifications and updating student data on ISRS; to perform general filing; assist with records management including document imaging; to assist Customer Service Intermediate and Office Administrative Assistant with tasks that are the responsibility of the Registrar’s Office. |
