MCTC is a two-year college located in downtown Minneapolis, serving the diverse, multicultural communities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. We provide a comprehensive offering of developmental, liberal arts, pre-professional, professional, and technical programs. |
| Responsibilities: | Provide comprehensive financial aid and information services to students, staff, faculty, the community, and departments of government agencies. Complete numerous functions related to processing of financial aid for students; including supporting the Financial Aid Officer with Work Study Program and Child Care Grant. Assist with loan process and transcript processing. |
| Qualifications: | Math, typing/keyboarding, data entry, English skills, word processing, spreadsheets, customer service skills (phone, in person). |
| Preferred Qualifications: | The ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals, electronic mail skills, familiarity with the Internet, networked applications, and Integrated Statewide Records System. Knowledge of State and Federal Financial Aid rules and regulations. |
