If you are unable to provide instruction for an assigned class, please contact the Office of Academic Affairs at 612-659-6100 as soon as possible. You should indicate the number, section, title, date, time and location of the class you need to cancel.
The Office of Academic Affairs is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. If you call after hours, please leave all the required details on the voice mail and a contact number. The Office of Academic Affairs will post a notice outside the indicated classroom and, if time permits, attempt to contact your students by telephone.
All class cancellations are posted on the web at http://www.minneapolis.edu/.
If your appointment includes leave allocations (see your Faculty Handbook regarding "Sick Leave" and "Personal Leave") a form will be generated by the Office of Academic Affairs and submitted to the Human Resources Department on your behalf. The Office of Academic Affairs will send you a copy of that form via interoffice mail.
