Your online billing statement

Billing statements are available online at MCTC and provide the following information:

• "Balance Due by Term" reflects activity for a specific term.
• "Full Account Detail" shows historical activity on your student account.
• Reports include charges, payments and financial aid posted to your account.
• Financial aid awarded and disbursed is noted in payment section of statement.

Access your billing statement

Use the following steps to access your billing statement online:

1. Go to e-Services.
2. Login using your MCTC ID and PIN.
3. Choose "Bills and Payment" from the menu on the left side of the screen. To view your account, choose "Balance Due by Term" or "Full Account Detail".
