Registration cancellation for non-payment
It is important to pay your tuition on time otherwise your registration will be cancelled for non-payment. The current tuition payment deadlines are:
- Summer Term 2009: May 19, 2009, 6:00 p.m.
- Fall Semester 2009: Aug. 7, 2009, 6:00 p.m.
- Spring Semester 2010: Dec. 18, 2009, 6:00 p.m.
If you register after the payment deadline, you must pay by 5:00 p.m. the next business day.
You are exempt from this policy if you have:
- Applied for financial aid and the College has received your FAFSA record from the Department of Education.
- Submitted approved "Third Party Billing Authorization" to the Business Services Office.
- Enrolled in the Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program.
- Paid a $300 partial payment or 15 percent of the total tuition and fees due (whichever is less) and received approval for a deferment of payment by Business Services, or you have enrolled in the FACTS payment plan and submitted the required down payment.
- Been notified that MCTC received advance payment of a scholarship to cover tuition and fees.
