A written response to the appeal will be sent to the student and the Registrar's Office. Appeals will be processed within a reasonable time (usually six working days). The Vice President's Office will mail the student a copy of the decision.
If a student is not satisfied with the College's transfer appeal decision, the student may submit a request to the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities' Senior Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs for a system level appeal of the College's transfer appeal decision. Contact information for the Senior Vice Chancellor is available in the Registrar's Office. The decision of the Senior Vice Chancellor shall be binding on all college and university parties.
