In these courses you will learn the role and functions of the phlebotomist and have the opportunity to learn the comprehensive skills to perform venipunctures completely and safely. You will become familiar to all aspects related to the blood collection process. Lectures include medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, blood collection procedures, communication skills and professionalism.
