MCTC's new certificate in American Indian Studies offers an academic award for students interested in a concentrated study of the historical and contemporary issues of Native American peoples and cultures. These courses can satisfy a number of lower division courses for students interested in going on to a 4-year major or minor program in American Indian Studies.
