A Passion for
Teaching

MCTC's dedicated faculty will give you a challenging academic experience so that you can begin your path to success. MCTC's award-winning instructors are committed to helping you reach your goals.

Small class sizes so you can connect

Small class sizes will allow you to connect with caring faculty and classmates from around the world. Most classes have fewer than 30 students, and the largest classroom on campus holds fewer than 100 people.

Knowledgeable and accessible faculty

Our faculty are knowledgeable and accessible. A high percentage of instructors have the most advanced degrees in their fields. Most of our faculty are full-time teachers; others are working professionals who also teach, including many from nursing, business and other technical programs.

Hands-on teaching and learning

MCTC faculty are teachers in the classrooms and labs and don't rely on teaching assistants to lead class. They will show their commitment to your success through their hands-on teaching styles.
