To do this assignment you will need to use your completed Defining Your Research Topic Assignment. You now must use the information to locate articles in Subject Encyclopedias that will help you do your research. You must use three different print subject encyclopedias (not online encyclopedias) and locate an article from each. The MCTC library owns all the subject encyclopedias that you need, but you may also try using the central library of the Minneapolis, St. Paul, Hennepin County, or Ramsey County library systems. (To locate subject encyclopedias you can search the Library Catalog or use your Dewey Classification sheet to locate the encyclopedia in the proper subject area).
