MCTC Foundation Scholarships

The MCTC Foundation awards numerous scholarships each year to students in need as well as to students with high academic potential. During the 2010-2011 school year, the MCTC Foundation awarded over $387,000 to 291 students. Scholarship information for the 2012-2013 school year is now available. Please refer to the scholarship packet to see available scholarship opportunities.

The scholarship application deadline is May 25, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in T.2500.

Get a Degree and Transfer

Degree programs

With flexible day, evening and weekend classes, MCTC’s college degree programs make it easy to earn an associate’s degree or to complete your first two years of college for later transfer to a four-year college or university.

We offer several two-year degree programs including the Associate in Arts, Online Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, Associate in Applied Science and Associate in Fine Arts.

Our experienced, award-winning faculty teach in smart classrooms that will enhance your learning experience with the latest technology. Classmates from all over the world provide rich, global perspectives, experiences and insights.

MCTC is located in the heart of Minneapolis,with easy access to its vibrant arts scene, business community and other four-year colleges and universities that will allow your credits to transfer.

We make it easy to transfer

When you earn an associate degree at MCTC or finish the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum, your credits will transfer to all four-year public institutions like Minnesota State University – Mankato, Metropolitan State University or the University of Minnesota, and most private institutions like Augsburg College and the University of St. Thomas. MCTC is one of 32 public colleges and universities that make up the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
