MCTC Foundation Scholarships

The MCTC Foundation awards numerous scholarships each year to students in need as well as to students with high academic potential. During the 2010-2011 school year, the MCTC Foundation awarded over $387,000 to 291 students. Scholarship information for the 2012-2013 school year is now available. Please refer to the scholarship packet to see available scholarship opportunities.

The scholarship application deadline is May 25, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in T.2500.

Career Pathway Day

Would you like to learn more about your future career field? Do you think you want to go to MCTC but you are not sure what classes to take? Career Pathway Day is for you!

During Career Pathway Day, current Minneapolis Public School juniors and seniors are invited to the MCTC campus to get an in depth look at career pathways offered by MCTC.

On Career Pathway Day, we match high school students with departments such as Child Development, IT, Graphics and Nursing. Come to MCTC, enjoy some informative workshops, experience college and learn about how to get a career in one of these in-demand fields. After the workshops, we provide lunch and a wrap up session to review what you have learned and to discuss next steps.
