How to register
Click on the Course Schedule link at the left to browse our current offerings and register for a class at any time of the day or night. Full payment is required to complete your registration; Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Your registration and payment will be confirmed via the email address you provide.
Print and complete our registration form. Mail along with your payment (check, money order, credit card) to:

You may register by phone during office hours if your payment is being charged to VISA, Mastercard or Discover.
Register in person at our office, located on the 3rd floor of the Management Education Center.

Third party payment
We do accept purchase orders or payment authorizations from agencies or companies as a form of payment. Your PO/payment authorization must be submitted with your completed registration form in order for your registration to be processed.
After you register
If you register online, you will be able to see whether there is still space available in a class. Once you complete the checkout and payment process, you are registered. You will receive an automatic email confirmation.
If you register by mail, phone or fax and provide an email address, you will receive a confirmation by email within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee that a confirmation email will reach you, so you are always welcome to call us to confirm your registration.
If you do not provide an email address, you will not receive a confirmation. You are welcome to call us to confirm your registration.
Dates, times and locations are subject to change. We will attempt to notify you by email and/or phone of any changes at least 24 hours before the class starts. Our website will always have the most up-to-date information.
Due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, courses may occasionally be cancelled. You will be notified by email and/or phone at least 24 hours in advance of the class start date.
In the event of inclement weather, please stay tuned to WCCO radio for cancellation notices.
Discounts and refunds
See class listings for special savings on course series or programs.
If you register by phone, fax, mail or in person, your discount will be applied at the time of registration. You will receive your discount at the time of online registration if you know and use the appropriate code. If you do not know the appropriate code, the discount will be applied afterward and the amount will be refunded to you. Discount codes applied in error will be reversed.
Senior citizens (age 62 and over) may register for classes at the discounted rate of $45 plus the cost of any course materials. In order to receive the senior discount, you must register the day before the class starts, by phone with a credit card or in person. Online classes and classes designed for professional development do not qualify for senior discounts.
Please call us at 612-659-6500 to cancel or transfer your registration. Our refund policies are:
- Face-to-face classes: If you need to cancel your registration and do so at least three full business days before the class starts, you have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring to another class. No refunds will be granted for cancellations requested fewer than three days before a class starts.
- Online courses with a designated start date: Refunds are not granted on or after the course start date.
- Online courses without a designated start date: Refunds are not granted once you are officially registered and materials have been sent to you.
