MCTC has partnered with Carson Dunlop and Associates to offer this high quality and convenient program, endorsed by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
This ten-course program provides you with the technical skills and expertise needed to succeed in the home inspection field. You will learn how to conduct visual examinations and deliver written reports on the physical and operational condition of homes or housing units.
The ten courses will be delivered through a blended approach of printed material and online sessions. Each of the ten courses requires between of 45 to 86 hours of study and you can work from the comfort of your own home or office.
Exercises and practical quizzes allow you to check your level of understanding with feedback. With the mixed course format you can stay connected with your instructor and other learners and share ideas with other participants in your online community. Courses can be taken individually if desired.
If you are interested in becoming a certified inspector, completion of all 10 courses is required.
