The Majority of these children and youth come from low-income, single-parent families, are children of color, and qualify for free and reduced lunches. NIP engaged youth by empowering them with skills succeed academically and socially to prevent school dropout and to help youth become responsible, productive adults. We do this by creating healthy relationships and social support to youth, as well as providing integrative information and referral services to their families.
