Support MCTC students through Give to the Max
The Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) Foundation invites you, our community, to support students in need who attend our College through Give to the Max. Give to the Max Day took place on Thursday, Nov. 17, however, you may still make a donation and take advantage of the MCTC Foundation match through Nov. 30.
The MCTC Foundation is matching dollar-for-dollar all donations it receives up to $5,000 throughout this month's campaign. Contributions will support our Random Acts of Kindness grants, which are provided to students experiencing crisis. The grants help to ensure the education of the students in need remains uninterrupted. Support (up to $500) may cover the cost of books, supplies, transportation, childcare—any unexpected expense that may hinder a student from staying in school.
"You have lightened my financial burden which allows me to focus more on the most important aspect of school, learning. I trust that one day I will be able to help struggling students reach their goals in higher education." -MCTC scholarship recipient
The MCTC Foundation accomplishes its work thanks to the remarkable generosity of individual, community and business partners who help make dreams a reality for hundreds of our students each year. It would be an honor to have you join us by donating to the MCTC Foundation.
Your donation can be the difference in the lives of students in need!
