Dress for Success Business Fashion Show
MCTC Career Services to host business fashion show
Many job seekers know the importance of presenting oneself professionally in an interview. MCTC’s Career Services department is offering an opportunity for students and job-seekers to learn more.
On Tuesday, March 26, MCTC students will learn how to dress for an interview and the workplace, and will learn the difference between “business casual” attire and just casual attire. This event will demonstrate examples of business attire with ethnically diverse models representing the MCTC student body. All the models are MCTC students graduating this spring.
Join MCTC and Career Services Tuesday, March 26 from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. in the T Skyway.
This event is generously sponsored by Dress for Success—Twin Cities, which provided all the clothing for the female student models. Dress for Success Twin Cities is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged women in the Twin Cities by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
