Lev Buslovich helps companies reduce costs by identifying integrated energy and operations efficiencies. Lev has been published in several journals and holds two web-based process patents. He has been a Carlson School adjunct professor and guest lecturer since 2001.
Michael Burnett led the growth of his metal stamping company from revenues of $2.5MM to $19MM. He is now spearheading several non-profit initiatives including (1) a Latino Credit Union and (2) a commercial property finance company focusing on developing distressed commercial properties in Latino neighborhoods.
Don MacPherson is an employee performance expert. Don’s areas of expertise include understanding employee and customer motivations, developing effective leadership and creating processes for gathering employee feedback.
John Mikkelsen’s background as a writer/producer for 15 years in the film industry led him to an interest in editing clips of music and video content for delivery to mobile devices. His company now has multiple patents in over 26 countries.
Richard Copeland’s drive, vision and tenacity helped develop his organization into a major international force in the construction industry. His commitment to redefining the role of underutilized communities has always set him apart. His company is one of the largest African American owned businesses in the U.S.
